Thank you from the Committee of the Meadow Park Soccer Club

Dear Players, Parents/Guardians, Coaches and Supporters,
As we wrap up a fantastic 2025 season, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to you for your commitment, support and passion throughout the year. This season was particularly special as we celebrated our 50th anniversary year, marking a proud milestone for a Club that has been part of our community since 1975.
Together, we achieved so much:
- Our Senior Men’s Team were crowned State League 5 North Premiers, earning a well-deserved promotion for the 2026 season.
- Our Senior Women’s Team had a strong campaign, finishing 4th in State League 4.
- Our Miniroos and Junior Program provided opportunities for 217 players across 18 teams to enjoy the game and grow their skills in a safe, respectful and supportive environment.
- We also welcomed numerous new sponsors (and welcomed back existing, loyal sponsors) into the Parkers family, strengthening our community ties.
We are especially grateful to our coaches, team managers and volunteers – your tireless efforts make the season possible and ensure that our players not only grow their skills but also develop a lifelong love for the game.
“Champions today. Building tomorrow.” This is our mantra for 2026.
Looking ahead to 2026, our goals are clear:
- Consolidate and build on our Senior Men’s recent promotion and success.
- Strengthen support for women’s soccer through our Senior Women’s team and the launch of a new Junior Girls team.
- Increase engagement of players, parents and volunteers across the Club to support the sustainable and seamless operation of our Club.
- Invest in coaching and development programs to further support our Miniroos and Junior players.
During the off-season, the Committee will be busy preparing for the season ahead, and we warmly welcome any offers of help, no matter how big or small. With the support and guidance of our current Committee, we are especially seeking assistance in the following areas for 2026:
- Sponsorships. Through ‘six degrees of separation’, we can help to build our Club and to support our local business community.
- Social Media Officers to help us share our story and grow our community presence.
- Additional Committee Positions to strengthen our leadership and lighten the load. Many hands make light work!
MPSC is more than just a soccer club – it’s a community. Seeing the joy, friendships and growth of our players this year has been just as rewarding as the results on the pitch. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back in 2026 for another exciting chapter in our journey.
With gratitude,
Meadow Park Soccer Club Committee
